I have for the past thirty years studied and taught self hypnosis and meditation in the UK, Europe and the USA. During this time I have developed a particular interest in exploring the possible connection between the symptoms of illness and trauma of a perceived past life manifesting through to the present day.

Past life regression

Past life regression since the dawn of history, reincarnation and a firm faith in life after death have occupied an essential place in nearly all the worlds religions. Belief in rebirth existed amongst Christians in the early history of Christianity and persisted well into the middle ages. A third century Christian philosopher writing on the “ pre-existence of souls” wrote “ each soul comes into this world reinforced by the victories or enfeebled by the defeats of its previous lives”. Reincarnation forms the central core of their belief for hundreds of millions of people in the world who follow the Buddhist and Hindu religions. To these people it is perfectly natural to accept a consequence in this life for an action in a previous existence.
